Each beautiful "Tom Cobley" Rocking Horse is hand - carved from solid wood. Finely carved features give the horse a friendly,"strokeable" head, while elegantly outstretched legs are inspired by classic rocking horses from ages past.

Magnificent flowing manes and tails of real horse-hair (processed by ourselves so that we can offer a wide range of colours) are our hall-mark.

Our beautiful dappled horses are hand painted faithfully following traditional methods: the classic image of a Victorian Rocking Horse, an instant reminder of childhood days and nursery rhymes.
Traditional swing frames or bow rockers are offered in a choice of pine, oak or mahogany.

Tom Cobley's finest Rocking Horses are also offered in beautiful natural hardwoods, highly polished to compliment our fine carving. Hobby Horses are also available, please ask for more details.
The wild, exciting graining of English Oak, and the deep richness of mahogany will delight all lovers of natural wood. Every "Tom Cobley" Rocking Horse is an enduring work of art - created personally for you - truly... "The Gift of a Lifetime"
